A career assessment is a tool designed to help you better understand your skills, interests, values, and personality traits to guide you toward a fulfilling career path.

For your convenience, Career Assessments are done completely virtual.

In our initial virtual appointment, we will discuss your career goals, interests, skills, and any concerns you may have about your current or future career path. Directly following that appointment, you will be sent links to a series of standardized assessments to gain deeper insights into your personality, strengths, values, and preferences. These assessments may include personality inventories, interest inventories, skills assessments, and values clarification exercises.

Once you have completed the evaluations, I will analyze the results and provide you with a comprehensive report outlining your strengths, areas for development, and potential career options that align with your profile. 

In the feedback session, we will again meet virtually to review your assessment findings together. During this session, we'll discuss the implications of the results, explore potential career paths, and address any questions or concerns you may have. 

The cost of the full career assessment is $650; with half due at the initial meeting, and the other half due at the feedback session.
