Our weekly peer support groups are designed to provide practical tools and meaningful outcomes that you can apply immediately to your professional and personal life. Here’s what you’ll achieve:

• A Supportive Network: Develop relationships with other early-career school psychologists who understand the challenges you face. You’ll leave each session feeling connected, understood, and less isolated in your role.

• Tools for Building Confidence: Discover how to combat imposter syndrome by identifying your strengths, celebrating your successes, and gaining clarity about your unique contributions to your school and community.

• Career Planning Clarity: Explore your long-term goals and create a roadmap to align your daily work with your personal values and aspirations in school psychology.

• Conflict Resolution Skills: Gain practical strategies to navigate difficult conversations with colleagues, administrators, and parents, helping you feel more prepared and effective in challenging situations.

• Improved Efficiency: Learn tips and tricks to manage caseloads, organize paperwork, and streamline your processes, so you can focus more on the meaningful aspects of your work.

• Personalized Guidance: Receive actionable advice tailored to your specific concerns and challenges, helping you feel more confident in making decisions and solving problems.

Weekly Virtual Meetings: Join a small group of peers for facilitated discussions, reflection, and support. Group size is limited to the first 5 attendees that register. Groups start on the first Monday of the month and run for 4 weeks. Group starts at 4pm CST and runs for 50 minutes.

• Led by an Experienced Guide: The group is facilitated by a dually licensed Texas school psychologist/Psychological Associate with nearly 15 years of experience in the field.

• A Safe, Collaborative Space: Share your experiences, ask questions, and grow alongside others facing similar challenges.

The group is $95/week, or $380 for the month. The month must be paid in full in order for your spot to be held in the group. Groups are limited to the first 5 paying registrants.
