What to Expect
Weekly Virtual Meetings: Join a small group of peers for facilitated discussions, reflection, and support. Group size is limited to the first 5 attendees that register. Groups start on the first Monday of the month and run for 4 weeks.
Led by an Experienced Guide: The group is facilitated by a dually licensed Texas school psychologist/Psychological Associate with nearly 15 years of experience in the field.
A Safe, Collaborative Space: Share your experiences, ask questions, and grow alongside others facing similar challenges.

The Grounded (Therapy) Practice Peer Support FAQ

The first cohort begins January 2025.

The group is $95/week, or $380 for the month. The month must be paid in full in order for your spot to be held in the group. In order to keep the groups intimate and personalized, groups are limited to the first 5 paying registrants.

This group is for YOU! Too many therapists are leaving the profession because we feel burnt out, overworked, and overwhelmed. This group is designed to provide a community of like-minded clinicians who understand the frustrations and demands of the job. Whether it’s working through conflict with a co-worker, or finding the courage to pivot to a new career path, this group will help you gain clarity and support for your professional and personal life.

The Therapist group is Mondays starting January 6, 2025 at 4:30pm CST.
When you inquire, you will get an email with registration information and payment info. Registration is not complete until payment is received. Registration is limited to the first 5 participants in each time slot.

Membership in, or participation in, any of the peer support communities of Grounded Roots Family Development Center does not constitute clinical supervision. Those seeking structured supervision in accordance with state licensing laws should seek out a qualified supervisor in their state.

Professional curtesy and mutual respect is expected of all community members. However, personal confidentiality can not be guaranteed in the context of a community membership. Likewise, any peer case consultation must de-identify any identifiable client data according to applicable FERPA or HIPPA laws.

Community members shall engage in polite discourse with other members. Discrimination, attacks of character, and defamation will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the community.
