You’re Not Alone
Many therapists in the first few years feel:
Burned Out from managing a heavy caseload, administrative demands, or the emotional weight of client work.
Insecure about your clinical skills, questioning whether you’re truly helping your clients.
Lonely in your role, unsure where to turn for professional camaraderie or guidance.
Exhausted by the constant balancing act of supporting clients while managing your own mental health.
Overwhelmed by the pressure to grow your practice, keep up with continuing education, and maintain work-life balance.
If this resonates with you, know that it’s not a sign of failure—it’s a sign that you need support.
